The Inner West Community Band’s Kids’ Proms Concerts are back this year in a brand new venue!

Tickets: $5/Child, $10/Adult, free for babes-in-arms

Share the joy and excitement of seeing and hearing the sounds of a concert band for the first time at IWCB’s fun and interactive Kids’ Proms concert. Your kids will see how trumpets toot, saxophones sing and percussion performs. Featuring upbeat and familiar tunes, demos of each instrument, opportunities to join in with the music-making and even a chance to conduct the band, this concert is suitable for children of all ages.*

Highlights will include ‘Let it Go’ from Frozen and ‘Under the Sea’ from The Little Mermaid, along with familiar themes from TV and nursery rhymes.

The performance will go for a kid-friendly 40 minutes, with a chance afterwards for children to meet the members of the band and see the instruments up close.

*As a guide this concert is most suitable for children from 2-6 years old. We have also had younger and older children enjoy the concerts in the past!
